M Y MISSION

Assist all people (and in particular other Warriors) to move beyond their unresolved inner wounds, re-discover greater inner peace and awaken their power within. 

WHY THIS IS SO IMPORTANT

Unresolved inner wounds (usually as a result of past traumas) creates subtle impressions in the body-mind. Without allowing this inner turmoil to be fully expressed, these subtle impressions can easily manifest into restlessness, tension and dis-ease. If continued to be ignored, suppressing this pain becomes more and more tricky, often resulting in negative and destructive beliefs, thoughts and behaviors towards ourselves and others.

 

By developing increased awareness of all the layers of our being (physical, energetic, mental/emotional and spiritual) through specific Yoga and Mindfulness practices, we can begin to create a healthier relationship towards our suffering, whilst at the same time, becoming more conscious of our own inner power to promote self-healing and transformation.

HOW THIS IS DONE

I work with groups in classes, on outings, workshops and retreats as well as one on one (in person as well as virtually) using clinically proven and empirically informed Yoga and Mindfulness practices to create greater connection with the mind, body and spirit, assisting all people to:

  • Move beyond inner disturbances and those things no longer serving them (trauma, stress, addiction, depression, anxiety).

  • Re-establish a greater connection with themselves, others and the world around them.

  • Re-discover a greater sense of peace in the body-mind.

  • Awaken their innate power within for self-healing and transformation.

  • Develop greater resilience for the challenges that lay ahead.

6-7.30PM Each Sunday @ Metamorphose Yoga: Please join me each Sunday for 'Nidra Restore' - A trauma conscious class utilizing breathing, meditation, guided relaxation and gratitude practices along with restorative postures. A great class for decreasing stress and bringing the mind & body back into balance. I'm currently offering active Military, Veterans, First Responders and family members FREE classes for up to three people each class (providing you are willing to fill out a short questionnaire about your experiences).
